Xen and the art of throwing servers out the window

Well after starting in on VMware server, and being asked for license keys during the configuration of what I thought was one of their few remaining ‘free’ offerings, I’ve switched gears to Xen. My test machine is all geared up, xen installed (from fedora via yum, the source wasn’t cooperating) and now I’m on the hunt for howto’s. If one thing has become painfully clear in the last day, it’s I’ve got a lot of catching up to do on virtualization.
My reintroduction to VMware

Haven’t had a reason to play with vmware in some time, now I’m creating a sandbox to sketch out future infrastructure ideas. Not sure if vmware is where it’s at anymore, but seems like as good a place as any to start. Anyone got any better suggestions for server virtualization?
